Shanghai Docenwell
Management Consultants Co., Ltd was
established in June 2002. Since our
foundation, the achievement and scale of the
company has been keeping doubled annually.
The high speed of development mainly relies
on two reasons. One is the increasing demand
of High-level Human Resources and the other
is the striving and hard work of the STAFF
in our company.
Docenwell now owns 4 departments and has
grown to be a respectful HR consulting
company. So far our clients have spread to
different fields. Not only foreign-invested
companies but also state/private-owned
entities and representative offices have
established intimate relationship with us.
Meanwhile, we have clients not only in
Shanghai but all over mainland China as
well, especially in Beijing, Shenzhen,
Qingdao and Chengdu.
The management system of Docenwell is
consultants’ partnership. Up till now, we
have 8 consultants (3 of them have more than
5 years headhunting experience), 15
assistant consultants and more than 10
assistants. Total number of employees is
more than 40. We plan to expand personnel to
100 by the end of 2008 and provide the whole
HR service in Docenwell, including HR
recommendation, HR training, HR assessment
and HR outsourcing. |

the followings:
Clients who collaborate with us at the very
first time;
Clients who need headhunting service in a
short period of time;
Clients who cooperate with us for a long
time and we offer most favorable price to
them. |
| 3. Talent searching |

| |
This is the core advantage
of Docenwell (usually after signing of
service agreement):
The name list of key persons of corporations
with high relativity can be provided within
only 2 days;
For media-level job, valuable candidates
will be recommended within only 5 days;
For senior level job, potential candidates
will be recommended within only 10 days.
Clients are not necessarily to give clear
definition to the candidates at the very
beginning. They may adjust the requirement
during the whole process according to their
own demand and the market situation. |
| 4. Candidate interview and
assessment |

Before recommend candidates
to our clients, our senior consultants will
interview them either face to face or
through phone call (in case the candidates
are out of Shanghai). Generally our
assessment includes the following points:
The matching of his/her working experience
with the client's requirement.
The matching of his/her language ability
with the client's requirement.
The matching of his/her salary expectation
with the client's requirement.
The matching of his/her appearance and
characteristic with the client's
requirement.

| 5. Recruitment and
recommendation |

| A client interview schedule
is arranged for all designated candidates.
Close contact with the client is maintained
during each phase of the interview.
Meanwhile assistant suggestions and HR
market information will be provided to
clients at any moment. For those seed
candidates, it is our great pleasure to
accept client’s entrustment to do background
investigations so as to help the client make
wise and safe decision. |
| 6. Offer letter and follow
up |

After the final selection
has been made, we continue to assist, as
requested, with salary negotiations and
other transition issues that arise in the
course of making the appointment.
We also can provide useful information and
recommendations relative to salary,
benefits, and other relevant issues. We
continue caring the successful candidate and
the client and are always ready for any
further inquiries after the Job Offer is
signed and the presentation on duty. |
